Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Elective laparoscopic hernia repair; ? Elderly patients, aged =75 years; ? ASA grade I-III, with normal preoperative sensory and motor functions; ? No history of allergy to the components of the study drugs or general anesthesia drugs, non-allergic; ? No cognitive dysfunction; ? Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Refusal to sign the informed consent form; ? History of previous thoracic and abdominal surgery; ? Long history of oral pain medication or drug abuse for chronic pain; ? Severe compound trauma; ? Liver and renal insufficiency; ? History of allergy to local anesthetic drugs; ? Combined severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency; ? Presence of uncontrolled psychiatric or neurological disorders and communication disorders.
