Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Orthopaedic trauma surgery patients, to be performed under a single nerve block combined with general anesthesia for internal fixation of fracture osteotomy and reduction; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? ASA class I-II, normal sensory and motor function before surgery; ? Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Refusing to sign the informed consent; ? preoperative combined peripheral nerve injury or lesions, combined diabetic peripheral neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis or coagulation disorders; ? Long-term oral painkillers for chronic pain or history of drug abuse; ? Severe compound trauma; ? Pregnant women; ? History of allergy to local anesthesia drugs; ? Combined severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; ? Presence of uncontrolled psychiatric or neurological disorders, communication disorders.
