Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients: 1. The diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease. 2. Confirmed by head CT or MRI examination for the first time, a course of 6 months or more. 3. Aged between 18 and 80, including 18 and 80 years old, gender not limited. 4. There were motor dysfunction in the upper limbs and hands after stroke. 5. Vital signs were stable. 6. All patients provided written informed consent for treatment. Healthy subjects: 1. The body in good health; 2. Between ages 18 to 80 years, including 18 and 80 years old, gender not limited. 3. All subjects signed the informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders such as causes can't understand the instructions, and unable to cooperate. 2. A history of epilepsy. 3. With other influence the functional recovery of musculoskeletal and neurological diseases. 4. Have a malignant tumor, severe heart, liver, lung, and renal insufficiency and endocrine, hematopoiesis, immune system, severe primary disease. 5. Always have a arm fracture, severe arthritis, joint replacement, affect the function of upper limbs.
