50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age over 40 years old; (2) Patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract in our hospital were included, and patients with 360°/<180° PAS (Scheie classification) confirmed by preoperative gonioscopy (Volk gonioscopy) examination; (3) Patients undergoing phacoemulsification suction + angle apheresis for cataracts; (4) Postoperative follow-up time= 12months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary glaucoma; (2) Have performed other ophthalmic surgeries other than LPI (such as compound trabeculectomy, etc.); (3) Have major systemic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; (4) The required information is incomplete.
