Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Aldosteronism (2020 Edition), diagnosis is mainly made through clinical manifestations, screening tests, and diagnostic tests, with available baseline data; 2. Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender. 3.After surgery, the participants met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to undergo adrenal venous blood sampling (AVS); 2. Suspected of autonomous cortisol secretion; 3. In the stage of active liver disease or with significant liver function damage, defined as alanine aminotransferase (ALT) = 2.5 times the upper limit of the normal range; 4. Those who have mental disorders, are unwilling to communicate with others, or have language barriers that prevent them from fully understanding the research plan or cooperating with researchers; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and malignant tumors; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
