Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 3 to 7 years old; (2) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifies patients into grades I-II; (3) Planned to undergo tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy under general anesthesia; (4) The expected duration of the surgery should not exceed 2 hours; (5) The parents of the affected child have normal language communication and cognitive abilities, and are able to independently complete relevant questionnaires; (6) The patient's guardian agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to participate in this study; (2) Delayed development or neurological or psychiatric disorders related to symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, attention deficit, and sleep disorders; (3) Autism; (4) Have received general anesthesia or surgery recently (within a month); (5) Congenital or other genetic diseases that can affect brain development; (6) Suffering from congenital or chronic diseases such as heart disease, kidney system disease, and blood system disease; (7) Either parent of the child has mental disorders, unclear consciousness, or other mental problems. (8) The parents of the child were unable to complete the questionnaire due to other reasons.
