Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients =60 years old undergoing knee arthroplasty ASA I-? grade BMI < 35 Patients undergoing primary unilateral knee arthroplasty Informed consent, patients and their families

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergies to lidocaine or adhesive agents History of frequent arrhythmias or serious cardiac disease Coexisting chronic pain conditions Long-term use of opioid drugs History of alcoholism, Severe renal and hepatic insufficiency History of neurological or psychiatric diseases Serious visual, auditory, or the language barrier, unable to complete the evaluator
