18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants aged 18 years or older, (2) Immature permanent teeth exhibiting necrotic pulp or apical periodontitis, (3) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Teeth with periodontitis, (2) Teeth with radiographic signs of severe root resorption, or root fracture, (3) Patient with significant systemic illness, (4) Teeth that can't be isolated with rubber dam.
