Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Syndrome Standards: TCM syndrome types are determined by two TCM doctors to be lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome. Symptoms are heavy nasal congestion, thin or sticky white mucus, dripping down, dull sense of smell, swelling, pale or dull color or polypoid changes in both inferior turbinates. The whole body is accompanied by dizziness and heaviness, fatigue and shortness of breath, fatigue in all limbs, and poor appetite and diarrhea. The tongue is light and chubby, with tooth marks on the edges, white coating, and weak pulse. 2. Western medicine symptom criteria: Two or more symptoms such as nasal congestion, watery nasal discharge, nasal itching, and sneezing, lasting or accumulating for more than 1 hour per day, may be accompanied by eye symptoms, and the symptoms are perennial. Common allergens include indoor perennial inhaled allergens such as dust mites, cockroaches, and animal dander. 3. Signs: Common nasal mucosal pallor, edema, and watery nasal discharge. 4. Allergen testing: At least one allergen serum specific antibody IgE is positive. 5. Age between 18 and 65 years old. 6. No use of anti allergic drugs in the past three months. 7. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with obvious concurrent or combined certificates 2. Accompanied by severe or uncontrolled asthma. 3. Accompanied by serious systemic diseases including malignant tumors, hematological disorders, etc. 4. Immunodeficiency diseases. 5. Female patients during lactation and pregnancy. 6. Patients with mental illness. 7. Those who cannot take medication on time due to other reasons. 8. Patients who participate in other clinical trials simultaneously.
