1 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with MCD according to the diagnostic criteria of ILAE; 2.Experienced intractable epilepsy and seizures occurring at least twice per month on average during the six months prior to surgery; 3.Underwent comprehensive preoperative evaluations and epilepsy surgery at our comprehensive epilepsy center; 4.Completed 18F-FDG PET examination more than 48h since the last seizure; 5.Completed at least 1-year follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other specific neurological abnormalities; 2.Contraindications for imaging examinations; 3.Dropouts or Lost follow-up
