18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 years or older, no gender restriction; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary Burning Mouth Syndrome (pBMS), with symptoms of burning or pain in the oral mucosa lasting for at least 3 months; 3) Able to correctly understand and respond to questionnaires and perform VAS (Visual Analog Scale) scoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 2) Patients with Sjogren's syndrome, anemia, uncontrolled diabetes, oral candidiasis, trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, or other related diseases; 3) Use of medication for treating pBMS within the three months prior to treatment; 4) Smoking or excessive alcohol consumption within the last three months; 5) Patients who have received radiation therapy to the head and neck.
