Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hormone replacement therapy cycle frozen embryo transplantation 2.patients aged 25 to 56 3.Patients with recurrent implantation failure or primary infertility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse to sign informed consent; 2.Patients with autoimmune Disease 3.Patients with history of abdominopelvic radiotherapy and chemotherapy 4.Patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions, thin endometrium
