Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types in patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer: ? Patients diagnosed pathologically as stage II-IV colorectal cancer; ? Patients who have not undergone chemotherapy and no clear recurrence and metastasis at the time of enrollment; ? Ages =18 and =80 years old Adults within; ?KPS score =70 points (KPS score is the functional status scoring standard, the higher the score, the better the health status, and the more able to tolerate the side effects of treatment on the body); ?The patients are all post-surgery cases. To clarify the effect of spleen-strengthening and detoxification method on adverse reactions of postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer: western medicine inclusion criteria: ? Patients with pathologically diagnosed high-risk stage II-III colorectal cancer; ? No chemotherapy and no clear recurrence and metastasis at the time of enrollment; ? Adults aged =18 and =80 years old; ?KPS score =70 points; ?The patients are all post-operative cases. Inclusion criteria for traditional Chinese medicine: With reference to the "Clinical Guiding Principles for New Traditional Chinese Medicines" and under the guidance of experts and professors from our hospital's research team, the dialectical criteria for spleen deficiency syndrome were formulated: main symptoms: sallow complexion, fatigue, lack of appetite, abdominal pain; concurrent symptoms : Nausea and vomiting, epigastric and intestinal borborygmus, edema, weak defecation, loose stools, weight loss; Tongue and pulse: Pale white or red tongue, tooth marks on the fat side, thin white or yellow fur, thin or heavy pulse.

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have undergone chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and other treatments; ? Those with serious underlying diseases; ? Those with obvious liver, kidney and other functional impairments, or mental patients, pregnant or lactating women; ? Allergic constitution or resistance to multiple drugs Allergic persons; ?
