Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) IS the diagnosis standard; (2) the onset of 1 to 10 days; (3) limb hemiplegia, walking/eating/dress cannot independently; (4) 18 years old = age =80 years old, regardless of gender; (5) understand and agree to participate in this study, voluntarily signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) daily life ability barrier exists before the onset of cerebral apoplexy, walking/eating/dress cannot independently; (2) a serious speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with treatment and assessment (Montreal cognitive assessment scale (10 points); (3) there are serious complications or contraindications, complications, such as severe heart failure, acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina, aortic dissection, and renal failure, etc.; (4) fear of acupuncture, resist, or always appear serious treatment phenomenon such as inappropriate for acupuncture treatment and acupuncture area of selected point exist skin damage, infection, or ulcer.
