45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged between 45 and 90 years old; (2) Patients who are clinically diagnosed with age-related cataracts and meet the criteria for for bilateral cataract surgerys; (3) The subjects are fully familiar with the research content, voluntarily participate in this clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute ocular inflammation, including but not limited to acute blepharitis, keratitis, conjunctivitis, and active uveitis; (2) Subjects use medicines which may interfere with ocular surface microenviorment, including but not limited to corticosteroid and antiviral eye drops, or systemic oral antiviral drugs, or patients undergoing intravitreal injection therapy with long-acting hormone drugs; (3) Suffering from systemic immune diseases, including but not limited to Sjogren's syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis, etc; (4) Subjects with long-term systemic virus infection, including but not limited to hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV positive; (5) Subjects with acute respiratory tract or skin virus infection, including but not limited to acute COVID, influenza virus infection and herpes zoster infection.
