Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient group: (1) Meet the 1999 WHO diabetes diagnostic criteria, diabetes course >1 year; (2) Age 18-80: (3) With or without cognitive impairment (MoCA or MMSE scale score is normal or below normal); (4) Right-handed; (5) The patient and his family members informed consent, compliance is good, voluntarily participate in clinical trial research. 2. Healthy control group: (1) Age 18-80 years (roughly matched with T2DM group): (2) Not accompanied by cognitive dysfunction (MoCA or MMSE scale score normal): (3) Right-handed; (4) Informed consent of the patient himself and his family members, good compliance, and voluntary participation in clinical trial research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient group: (1) There are serious complications related to diabetes: such as diabetic nephropathy CKD5, diabetic diabetic disease retinopathy proliferative stage, severe diabetic neuropathy, diabetic foot, etc.; (2) brain structural abnormalities and other organic lesions in the brain, including the presence of tumors or a history of trauma, surgery or cerebrovascular accident; (3) History of stroke, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury and carbon monoxide poisoning; (4) A history of chronic neurological or psychiatric disorders, such as depression, dementia, or schizophrenia.
