Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 45 to 75 years old, gender is not limited, and meets the above diagnostic criteria; ? X-ray grading of grade I to III; ? Those who have completed relevant auxiliary examinations and have no previous immune system diseases; ?Those who promise to cooperate to complete the study program; ?Those who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those with severe deformity of joints requiring surgery; ? Those who are combined with other systematic serious diseases and are currently under treatment; ? Patients with bone tumor and bone tuberculosis; ?Pregnant or lactating women, or those with combined serious diseases of multiple organs, poor general condition, primary blood system diseases and diabetes mellitus and blood glucose cannot be well controlled; ? Patients with mental disorders, speech disorders, motor function disorders, psychological disorders and those with suspected history of sedative-hypnotic, opioid analgesic, alcohol abuse.
