45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for patients are (1) 45 to 75 years old; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the American Rheumatology Association for knee osteoarthritis; (3) Imaging diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis; (4) Unilateral or bilateral chronic knee joint pain for more than 6 months; (5) Irregular resistance training history; (6) Sign an informed consent form. The inclusion criteria for non KOA volunteers are undiagnosed degenerative knee disease, no lower limb pain, and between the ages of 45 and 75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are: (1) History of knee joint surgery; (2) Arthroscopic examination within the past 12 months or intra-articular injection within 6 months; (3) The score on the Montreal Cognitive Scale is less than 20.
