congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism

Interventions

Human menopausal gonadotropin pretreatment group:HMG was pretreated for 3 months at a dose of 75 IU q72h im. after which treatment was continued for at least 9 months in combination with hCG 2000 IU q
Human menopausal gonadotropin combined with chorionic gonadotropin group:HMG 75IU + hCG 2000IU q72h im for at least 12 months of continuous treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients aged 14-30 years diagnosed with CHH, including Kallmann syndrome, CHARGE syndrome, pituitary stalk interruption syndrome (PSIS), and other patients with a diagnosis of CHH after evaluation of hCG provocation test or GnRH provocation test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diseases such as constitutional delay of growth and puberty (CDGP), primary hypogonadism, functional hypogonadism, Prader-Willi syndrome, untreated hypothalamic and/or pituitary tumors; patients who took testosterone replacement therapy or testosterone combined with hCG to induce puberty within 6 months; patients who had pulsatile gonadotropin releasing hormone or HMG combined with hCG therapy patients.
