Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 7-17 years; ? body mass index (BMI) 85th percentile (same age, same sex); ? did not participate in exercise, and performed less than 30 minutes of moderate to high intensity exercise (through the questionnaire) for 3 days a week, 3 months before the enrollment; ? had no metabolic diseases, endocrine diseases, bone and joint diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, currently using no relevant prescription drugs.? The subject and the parents or guardians signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Secondary obesity, drug-induced obesity; ? history of diabetes; ? chronic liver and kidney disease; ? underlying rhythm in patients with nonsinus rhythm such as atrial fibrillation and pacing rhythm. Patients with second, third degree or high atrioventricular block, morbid sinus syndrome; ? combined with patients with autonomic diseases; ? taking anticholinergic drugs in the last 3 months; ? respiratory diseases, such as asthma, pulmonary
