Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) CBCT showed that the cervical spine stage was in CVMS stage II-III (Baccetti cervical staging method), and the dentitudinal was classified as late mixed dentition or early permanent dentition, and the BMI index was in the range of 18-24 (kg/m2); 2) bilateral canines and molars were distal relationship, convex type, and the jaw was retracted;3) Bony class II.: ANB=4°;maxillary basically normal: 78°=SNA=87°;mandibular recession: SNB=78°;4)CBCT The scan shows no distortion or motion artifacts and an appropriate field of view to identify airway structures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient is unable to cooperate with the completion of treatment, 2) history of craniofacial malformation and craniofacial surgery, 3) history of hereditary or systemic diseases, 4) history of tonsillectomy and adenoids, 5) history of respiratory diseases and airway surgery.
