Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for both CHD and PBSS were included in the CHD-PBSS group, while those who met the diagnostic criteria for CHD but not PBSS were included in the CHD-NPBSS group. (2) The age range of patients included in both groups is 35 to 70 years. (3) Patients who volunteered for the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction; (2) Patients with chest pain due to other congenital diseases of the heart, valvular disease, and severe neurosis; (3) Patients with acute stage of cerebral infarction; (4) Patients with severe primary diseases such as combined liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (5) Patients with combination of other more serious diseases that must be treated (e.g., blood diseases, tumors, etc.); (6) Patients with acute infection within the last 2 weeks; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Other conditions deemed unsuitable by the study physician for participation in this trial.
