Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pathologically diagnosed as thymic epithelial tumor (2) pleural dissemination is proven by CT imaging (3) age =18; (4) Karnofsky performance status, (KPS)=70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) active pulmonary inflammation (2) massive pleural effusion (3) with myasthenia gravis beyond Osserman 2 ,. (4) previous radiotherapy to thorax, and accumulated dose to ips-lateral lung V20>70%, or to total lung V20>30%. (5) pregnant or planning to become pregnant
