Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient was diagnosed with acute leukemia, aged 60 years or older; (2) Family caregivers of patients receiving formal treatment for acute leukemia; (3) No cognitive, language dysfunction, can effectively read and communicate; Assume the role of primary caregiver; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study, the caregiver age = 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) paid caregivers such as nannies; (2) carers with a history of mental illness or serious physical illness; (3) Unable to communicate effectively with researchers; (4) The patients cared for refuse to participate.
