Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are as follows: 1) Chinese; 2) Aged between 18-30 years old; 3) Sedentary based on the actigraphy (spending eight or more hours in sedentary behavior per day); 4) Poor sleep quality based on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI, score>5) or Insufficient sleep time based on the actigraphy (Total sleep time<6.5h per night) or Subthreshold insomnia based on Insomnia Severity Index (ISI, score 8-14) or Evening type based on Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire (MEQ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1) Participated in the similar programs during the past 6 months; 2) Presence of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurologic, musculoskeletal, metabolic and/or endocrine diseases.
