18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender. 2) The pathological diagnosis of gastroscopy is esophageal cancer. 3) Esophageal cancer patients undergoing mediastinal esophagectomy or radical radiotherapy and chemotherapy 4) Severe lung function impairment, meeting any one of FVC = 1.5L, FEV1 < 1.0L, FEV1% = 50%, MVV < 50%, DLCO = 50%, or PaCO2 = 45mmHg, is contraindicated for thoracoscopic surgery. 5) The subjects voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing palliative resection surgery 2) Patients who have not completed the minimum course of curative radiotherapy and chemotherapy 3) Poor compliance, unwilling to participate in the study or not cooperating with follow-up patients
