17 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No history of surgery or orthopedic trauma within 6 months before the experimental intervention; (2) Special training or physical training experience =6 months; (3) Have the exclusion criteria of national second-level basketball athletes and above (with training basis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Injury, loss of visit, midway withdrawal; 3. Failure to cooperate.
