Pay it forward/PIF Group:Research participants receive education on the importance of influenza vaccination and the procedure involved. They are informed that they will receive a 100% economic subsidy
PaidVax Group:Research participants receive education on the importance of influenza vaccination and the procedure involved, and routinely receive seasonal influenza vaccine at their own expense

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Elderly individuals aged 60 years and above. ?Individuals who have not received seasonal influenza vaccination within the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Individuals with acute illnesses, severe chronic diseases, or in the acute phase of chronic diseases, as well as those with fever. ?Individuals with a history of allergy to influenza vaccine or its components. ?Other conditions deemed unsuitable for influenza vaccination by physicians.
