Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. critically ill neurosurgical patients, including patients with ventilator-assisted respiration, endotracheal intubation, tracheotomy, posterior cranial fossa lesions, cervical spine lesions, and suspected strokes; 2. the patient's body permits whole-brain imaging within the scanner's head coils and in the shielded compartment; and 3. the subject voluntarily participates in or his/her legal guardian agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those with implanted cardiac pacemakers or defibrillators, intravenous drug pumps, insulin pumps, deep brain stimulators, vagus nerve stimulators, cochlear implants, etc.; 2. those with sustained extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy and unstable cardiopulmonary function, impaired consciousness or convulsions, severe headache and vomiting, and whose magnetic resonance examination process may be life-threatening; 3. those who are claustrophobic or have other psychiatric or mental disorders which are incapable of cooperating with magnetic resonance examination; and 4. Planned pregnancy, unplanned pregnancy and those who are pregnant.
