Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA grade I to III; ? Patients undergoing elective hip and knee arthroplasty; ? age = 65 years old, gender is not limited; ? BMI 18.5-23.9kg/m2; ? no contraindications to intralesional anesthesia; ? those who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? previous history of spinal surgery, spinal deformity; ? ropivacaine and other drugs allergy; ? intrathecal anesthesia contraindications; ? heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; ? lower limb motor, hearing dysfunction
