Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study is divided into three section, and the patient will be recruited from the year of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024; January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025; and January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The rest of the criteria is: a) Patients aged over 60 years old who were scheduled to undergo general anesthesia surgery at the Department of Neurosurgery, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University ; b) Type of surgery: lumbar fusion/cervical fusion surgery; intraspinal tumor resection surgery; subtentorial hernia of cerebellum and other spinal surgery for curing diseases; c) 18kg/m2=BMI=30kg/m2; d) Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Those who have contraindications to nuclear magnetic resonance scanning or cannot cooperate with nuclear magnetic resonance scanning; b) Those who have intracranial lesions or systemic complications; c) Those who have a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders or a history of abnormal brain structure
