65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Histological confirmation of gastric adenocarcinoma by preoperative gastroscopy; (2) Suitable for laparoscopic or robotic gastrectomy, without the need for conversion to open surgery; (3) Age range from 65 to 75 years old; (4) Direct minimally invasive surgery or prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy; (5) Complete clinical and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe comorbidities (ASA>III) and receiving other preoperative treatments such as radiotherapy and targeted therapy
