Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA ? - ? level; 2) patients with PD requiring elective bilateral STN-DBS; 3) voluntary and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? previous neurosurgery; ? combined with psychiatric systemic diseases (such as schizophrenia, mania, depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's disease, etc.; ? any severe or uncontrolled systemic illness that may significantly affect the patient's risk/benefit balance; ? known or suspected allergy to drugs or components related to the study; ? The researchers determine doesn't fit in other circumstances.
