Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The presence of hereditary, congenital, or early onset persistent bodily dysfunction, with a clear diagnosis; 2. The patient successfully underwent liver transplantation surgery; 3. The patient is aged 0-60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who die early after liver transplantation or have serious complications; 2. The use of special drugs after liver transplantation resulted in significant changes in observed indicators; 3. There are other serious comorbidities that cause damage to the observation organs.
