Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age = 18 years; (2) a diagnosis of PCOS according to the Rotterdam criteria; (3) body mass index (BMI) = 24 kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) taking diet drugs or hormone drugs within the past 6 months; (2) the fluctuation of body weight in recent 3 months was > 5%; (3) preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation; (4) perimenopause; (5) have high intensity exercise habits or work reasons need to shift night shifts; (6) have had serious heart disease or stroke within the last 6 months (including myocardial infarction, unstable angina, heart bypass, PTCA, congestive heart failure, and ischemic heart disease); (7) patients with other medical conditions (e.g. primary amenorrhea, thyroid dysfunction, malignancies, diabetes, severe gastrointestinal and heart, kidney or liver diseases); (8) history of hypotension.
