Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years who underwent elective general anesthesia for tracheal intubation spinal surgery in our hospital; ASA grade ?-?; Volunteer and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude people with cognitive impairment; Allergic to esketamine or combined with increased intracranial pressure and intraocular pressure; History of hyperthyroidism; Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting SBP over 180 mmHg, DBP over 100 mmHg); Combined with severe cardiovascular disease; Severe respiratory disease, throat disease; Abnormal lung function; A recent history of opioid use.
