Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 1 month and younger than 18 years 2. ASA: I-II 3. The family caregiver has a smartphone of his own 4. The family caregiver handles the smartphone well and has internet access 5. The family caregiver is able to read, write and communicate in Chinese
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With psychiatric or communication disorders 2. The family caregiver is a healthcare worker 3. Patient with surgery history
