Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children who seek medical treatment and undergo penile surgery at our centers (age < 18-year). (2) Surgical methods include circumcision, penile lengthening, penile curvature correction, and hypospadias repair. (3) Perform gauze wrapping on the penis area after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who are unwilling to participate in this study or have poor follow-up compliance. (2) Failure to follow up within the specified time frame. (3) Incomplete collection of clinical data. (4) Combined with underlying mental and psychological disorders. (5) Combined with neurological disorders;. (6) Participated in other clinical studies at the time of visit or during follow-up to other clinical studies.
