Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? There was a clear history of TBI, and the diagnosis was confirmed by head CT and MRI; ? Patient discharged from hospital; ? The patient's vital signs were stable at discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? exclude patients with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases, blood system diseases, malignant tumors, chronic pulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney failure. ? Deaths within 3 days; ? It is not convenient for visitors; (4) History of TBI, cerebrovascular accident, intracranial space occupying disease, seizure or other intracranial disease; ?
