50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants aged 50-65 years old; 2) Systolic blood pressure (SBP) 140-179mmHg, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) 90-109mmHg; 3) In the 6 months before the start of exercise, no regular exercise habit; 4) Clear consciousness, voluntary exercise intervention; 5) Standardized use of antihypertensive drugs; 6) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participating in other scientific experiments; 2) Suffering from musculoskeletal disorders resulting in motor dysfunction; 3) People with cognitive disorders such as dementia; 4) Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases other than hypertension; 5) Have cancer; 6) People with metabolic diseases such as diabetes; 7) There is a risk of falling.
