Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Duration of endotracheal intubation =48h ? Age 60-80 years old ? The endotracheal tube was removed if the condition permitted and according to the doctor's advice ? It meets the diagnostic criteria of the expert consensus group on rehabilitation evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders in China ? The patient is conscious and able to understand and complete the investigator's instructions ? The patient gives full informed consent to the research content
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Tracheotomy ? Other diseases affecting the swallowing function existed before intubation ? Patients with other respiratory diseases ? Patients with esophageal organic disease ? Combined with mental illness, poor compliance can not cooperate ? Patients with dysphagia before admission to ICU ? Patients with gastrointestinal intolerance
