18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with traumatic brain injury aged over 18 years; 2.GCS score of 3-12; 3.Patients requiring artificial airway support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant patients; 2.Patients with known contraindications to the study drug, such as allergies; 3.Patients with recent frequent use of analgesics, opioid tolerance, or physical dependence; 4.Patients with severe underlying diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or other organs; 5.Patients with psychiatric disorders; 6.Subjects deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
