Group P:The anesthetic regimen was propofol 1.5mg/kg + alfentanil 6µg/kg, and the supplemental regimen was propofol 0.5 mg/kg
Group R:The anesthetic regimen was remazolam 0.2mg/kg+ afentanil 6µg/kg, and the supplemental regimen was remazolam 2.5 mg/bolus
Group PR:The anesthetic regimen was propofol 0.5mg/kg + Remazolam 0.15mg/kg+ afentanil 6µg/kg, and the supplemental regimen was propofol 0.5mg/kg

60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy at selected times; Age 60~80 years old; American Anesthesiologist Association (ASA) grade I to III; Body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension or diabetes; Coronary heart disease; Combined with central nervous system disease; Difficult airway; Allergic to the investigational drug; Intermittent or long-term use of benzodiazepines or opioids within 2 months before admission.
