Low-dose blueberry jam (contains about 200mg proanthocyanidins):Drink blueberry syrup. (Contains approximately 200mg of proanthocyanidins)
Mid-dose blueberry jam (contains about 400mg proanthocyanidins):Drink blueberry syrup. (Contains approximately 400mg of proanthocyanidins)
High-dose blueberry jam (contains about 600mg proanthocyanidins):Drink blueberry syrup. (contains about 600mg proanthocyanidins)
30% HRR aerobic + low dose blueberry pulp (approx. 200mg proanthocyanidins):30%HRR aerobic exercise + drink blueberry syrup (Contains approximately 200mg of proanthocyanidins)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-25 years old 2. Health status: no cardiovascular disease, no history of severe allergies, non-smoker, no drug dependence 3. Lifestyle: regular diet and work routine 4. Agree to participate in the entire research process and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with diseases: diabetes, obesity, hypertensive et al 2. elderly, athlete, child
