Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients undergoing gynaecological laparoscopic hysterectomy under elective general anaesthesia; ?Age between 25-65 years old; ? Preoperative American Society of Anaesthesiologists classification ?, ?; ? Agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? people with contraindications such as pacemakers or automatic implantable cardiac defibrillators; ? preoperative heart rate less than 60 beats/min; ? people with airway hyperresponsiveness (asthma, COPD); ?preoperative use of anticoagulants and/or antiplatelet drugs;? long term use of opioids; ? history of gastrointestinal disorders; ? psychiatric or neurological disorders.
