Interventions

Robot Training Group:On the basis of routine treatment, add 30 minutes of lower limb exoskeleton robot walking training.
Walking training group:Add 30 minutes of daily walking training on top of regular treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for lower limb dysfunction; (2) The height is 1.0-1.4m; (3) Be able to fully understand the therapist's requirements and comply well; (4) Muscle tone = modified Ashworth grade 2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from severe cardiopulmonary diseases or organic diseases of major organs; (2) acute musculoskeletal injury; Any medical condition that precludes the participant from complying with the protocol or exercising safely.
