Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who come to the hospital with carbon monoxide poisoning and meet the criteria for clinical diagnosis and grading of carbon monoxide poisoning drawn up in the Clinical Guidelines for the Treatment of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning (II); (2) Patients whose degree of poisoning can be graded according to the Eleventh Edition of Chinese Internal Medicine; (3) Patients with delayed encephalopathy should meet the clinical diagnostic criteria formulated in the Clinical Treatment Guidelines for Carbon Monoxide Poisoning (II), i.e., the emergence of extrapyramidal dysfunction, psychiatric or neurological abnormalities, and cognitive function reduction after a pseudo-healing period after CO poisoning is resuscitated, and the symmetrical demyelination or density decrease of the basal ganglia and the white matter of the brain can be seen in craniocerebral imaging examination;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients whose clinical data are difficult to collect; (2) Previous severe cranial neurological lesions, such as intracranial tumours, cranial trauma, meningitis and cerebrovascular lesions; (3) Carbon monoxide poisoning patients with a history of mental illness; and (4) Patients with combined malignant tumours; serious infectious diseases, contagious diseases, immune system diseases, etc.; patients with dysfunction of other vital organs such as the heart, lungs, kidneys and liver.
