Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years old, living in the survey site for more than half a year; ? The elderly can cooperate to complete saliva collection, and the elderly or their caregivers can express and communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The subjects were diagnosed with serious physical diseases and mental disorders, such as schizophrenia and depression, by professional medical institutions. ? Suffering from oral diseases such as oral cancer; ? Indwelling nasogastric tube. ? Severe heart and kidney disease. ? Taking antibiotics within one month before the study;
