Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preliminary diagnosis of bladder cancer or suspected bladder cancer 2. Age = 18 years old 3. Participants who voluntarily cooperate and are willing to provide morning urine to participate in the study. 4. Participants who signed the informed consent form 5. Approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Urine routine suggests: positive leukocytes 2. Age <18 years old 3. Participants who do not want to co-operate 4. Participants who do not want to sign the informed consent form. 5. Participants with indwelling urinary catheter
