18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patient age = 18 years old ? Ureteral stones = 25mm ? The patient underwent a urological CT scan at our hospital before surgery ? The patient ultimately underwent intracavitary lithotripsy treatment (including ureteroscopic lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Lithotripsy surgery for patients undergoing ipsilateral ureteral stent placement prior to surgery ? Previous history of ipsilateral ureteroscopy surgery ? Other diseases of the ureter (such as obstruction of the renal pelvis ureteral junction, ureteral stenosis, repeated ureters, etc.) ? Renal malformation patients (duplicate kidney malformation, ectopic kidney, horseshoe kidney, etc.) ? Patients with combined severe heart, lung, and brain diseases ? Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction ? Pregnancy ? Spinal deformity
